Role overview
Tasks: We focus on people – our residents as well as you.
If you enjoy accompanying people with your professional understanding of care through their everyday lives and meeting their needs with professional competence and prudence, you will find the right place to be effective.
You will ensure that our residents feel taken seriously, well accompanied and well cared for – individually, holistically and with a quality of care that you actively contribute and develop as a specialist in nursing.
For family members, you are a reliable and competent contact person who arranges complex situations, answers questions intelligibly and takes care of concerns.
In the team, you bring in your expertise, support other professional groups, and accompany students while also being inspired by new impulses – for example by innovative work forms such as the Grade Skill Mix.
You take over day responsibility (without night services) over several floors and steer the entire care process carefully and safely.
With your experience and sense of responsibility, you keep track of the day and make clear decisions.
Requirements
- You have a training at tertiary level – (HF, FH, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- German is no problem for you – you communicate safely and understandably.
- You work independently, you work on a number of things proactively and have a watchful eye for what is needed.
- Organization is yours and you stay structured, even when things go smoothly.
