Dipl. Nurse HF Medicine mainly for night service in alternation with day services — See-Spital

Role overview

• Acquisition of night services as well as day services: You are ready to take over approximately 60% night services and 40% day services (division depending on the amount of time).
• Assuming responsibility: You control and take responsibility for the care process for the patients assigned to you – Your expertise makes the difference.
• Living teamwork: Together with colleagues, you work in tandem with FaGes, nursing assistants and nursing practitioners.
• Share knowledge: You are actively involved in the practical training of nursing students and learners and share your knowledge and experience.

• Flexibility in the introductory period: You are ready to take on almost exclusively day services in the first three months until full familiarization.
• Education & experience: You have completed and recognized training in Switzerland as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF or FH and already gained initial experience in an acute care hospital in Switzerland.
• Commitment & flexibility: Your teamwork, flexibility and resilience set you apart. They are enthusiastically involved in the night service and take responsibility.
• Competence & Communication: You are professionally experienced and a communicative personality who convinces with clear words and competent actions.
