Tasks

• You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of the goods after receipt as well as for checking the incoming goods according to internal specifications and also help with the unloading of containers
• You represent the incoming goods team management in the event of absences and support in daily management
• You plan the daily routine in the team and coordinate internal departments and external service providers
• You control the incoming goods according to specifications, check quantities/quality and document deviations and process disruptions
• You take on administrative work (e.g. E.g. truck notification, container unloading planning, email inbox, master data maintenance) Requirements
• You have completed professional training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• You communicate confidently in German
• You have experience with SAP and WAMAS and work confidently with email and Excel
• You have a valid SUVA-recognized forklift license and are physically fit
• You think networked and are flexible and reliable
