- You make sure that all contract law aspects from tendering to contract signing are handled properly
- You are the interface between our lawyers and the account managers and ensure high-quality contracts
- You maintain and update our contract database of service contracts in order to keep an overview at all times and to trigger the account managers early on regarding contract renewals
- You are responsible for billing recurring services
- You support in the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and service level agreements (SLA)
- You identify risks in contracts at an early stage and develop appropriate risk reduction measures Profile and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable education
- Good expertise in Swiss contract and bond law
- Experience in handling contracts, ideally in the technical field (e.g. telecommunications or computer science) Communication and negotiation skills
