Admission: by immediate or by agreement Pensum: 80 - 100 % Location: Cantonal Hospital Olten, Baslerstrasse 150, 4600 Olten Department of Medical Engineering

• Overall responsibility for the organisational and personnel management of the Medical Technology Group
• Management and control of projects in the field of medical technology in cooperation with purchasing, medical profession and care (e.g. equipment procurement, lifecycle management)
• First-level support for all medical devices incl. User training
• Implementation of the maintenance concept in compliance with legal requirements (MepV, GPI) as well as the manufacturer’s specifications
• Responsibility for the coordination, quality assurance and performance control of the external medical technology service provider
• Function as Vigilance Contact Person

• Medical technician HF or equivalent qualification with professional experience in the hospital environment
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in the field of medical technology or in a comparable position
• Good IT knowledge and experience in using CAFM software
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements, structured and solution-oriented working methods and strong communication and coordination skills
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness and customer orientation
