• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through holistic consulting and support of customers in the basic products of the product ranges "Savings, figures, investment and provision"
• Co-responsibility for ensuring front-end operations at both locations in Dornach (support of the cash desk, filling of the banknotes, ordering money, etc.)
• Co-responsibility for a perfect process and order in the entire customer zone
• Demand recognition and forwarding of customers:inside to the responsible specialist consultants:inside
• Active expansion of the existing customer portfolio through the targeted acquisition of Neukund:innen and their long-term support in their own customer base
• Cooperation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks
• Contemporary, modern and attractive employment conditions

• Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking or financial sector beneficial
• Pronounced pleasure in customer contact with high service readiness and good communication skills
• Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning appearance
• Ability to keep track even in hectic situations
• Independent, precise and responsible as well as structured work with a quick understanding
• Great flexibility, teamwork and readiness for new things
