The position is now limited to the end of 2027, with an option of extension. Tasks:

• You manage a portfolio with private mortgage clients
• You advise and accompany clients: In financial matters
• You analyze and structure financing requests, independently make credit decisions and initiate offers
• You start credit formalities and clarify questions with involved parties
• You keep documenting and working with customers and third parties
• You actively support the further development of the credit advisory center of Baloise Bank Requirements:
• You have a basic commercial training (or equivalent) You have a lot of experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank or insurance company, ideally you already have additional training
• French skills help you in our mixed-language environment
• You have a friendly and empathic way
• You like to interact with your customers
• You bring responsibility, analytical thinking and quality orientation
• You think networked, are curious, see connections and create bridges
• An existing SAQ certification (profile individual customer advisor) makes it easier for you to get started
