Tasks

Whether it is choosing the right investment solution or financing your own home: you are at the side of our customers in the realization of their dreams. Have an open ear for their needs, put yourself in their situation and find the optimal solution – personally and in partnership. You can combine the best of our wide range of insurance and bank services.

• You will support our customers in the individual private customer segment competently and as needed in the areas of liquidity management, provision, assets and financing. Insurance services and services from our partnerships are integrated into your overall advice and always in close cooperation with your colleagues at the bank and the insurance company.
• You consistently implement the market development defined in the team with a lot of energy and passion; this in the Olten/Solothurn/Seeland region
• You develop your own customer book in cooperation with the insurance company.
• You recognize potential that you exploit yourself or pass on to our private bankers for further support.

Requirements

• Banking and/or financial education completed
• Business administration further education of advantage, e.g. Higher School for Economics or University of Applied Sciences
• At least 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance consulting
• SAQ Certification (Individual Client Advisor Profile)
• Willingness to travel: You will meet colleagues and customers at the various agencies or at home with customers
• Networking in the region: Your relationship network in the region helps you.
• Very good oral and written language in the German and French language.
