• Passionate commitment to customers and AXA
• Digital, solution-oriented and personal 180° advice for insurance customers
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Mediation of other AXA products (finance and pensions, health services)
• Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing AXA internal processes)
• Completed apprenticeship and professional experience in the service sector or ideally in the insurance industry
• Passing the broker examination (VBV) is very advantageous
• Willingness to continue training regularly
• Professionals and career changers with the appropriate track record are welcome

• Convincing demeanor and good articulation skills

• High level of independence and flexibility
