What do you expect?

• You lead and promote the credit office area of the bank as head of credit office and lead two employees in this function.
• Processing of loan applications: collecting and checking the data entry and checking for completeness of the documents, drawing up the contract documents, timely disbursement and redemption, ensuring regulatory requirements, scanning the fully processed credit dossiers, netting and repatriation of credit positions
• Management of credit positions, preparation of periodic renewals, construction loan processing, management of mortgage master data
• Professional support of credit advice as a sparring partner (assessment of real estate)
• Good communication skills with offices, insurance companies and other banks
• Attractive employment conditions, modern working environment in a dynamic team
