Stv. Head of Logistics (m/f/d | 100%)

To complement our team in the area of operations, we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality for the warehouse/shipping department as Stv. Head of Logistics.

Head of Logistics with around 45 employees in the fields of goods incoming, warehouse logistics and forwarding, you have a significant influence on our logistics processes and are an important position in the rapidly growing environment. Help with your expertise to perfect the logistics around the production of our high-quality electric buses!

Their tasks

• Ensuring and monitoring day-to-day business in all operational processes as well as active assistance in day-to-day business
• Introducing and implementing process optimizations
• Support in physical warehouse optimization
• Monitoring of missing parts and, if necessary, taking action
• Organizational and personnel management of around 45 employees (in the absence of the Head of Logistics)
• Active support for inventory work
• Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material distribution for spare parts, production and assembly
• Prepare data from the ERP in the EXCEL and format for further processing

Our requirements

• Basic technical training in an industrial establishment
• Further training in logistics
• Many years of professional experience in the logistics environment
• Experienced MS Office knowledge (especially advanced user knowledge in Excel)
• Very good user experience in an ERP system
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong organisational skills
• Independent operation and high load capacity
• High level of teamwork and a strong sense of duty
• Very good knowledge of German (English of advantage)
