Technical:r Group leader:in civil engineering and road construction Your contribution with us

• Responsible for managing the construction business in the region in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
• Develop a common vision and strategy and live in a team
• Responsibility for the performance and outcome of the establishment
• Management and development of employees in the establishment
• Acquisition of works contracts and systematic customer support in agreement with the division management
• Management and control of the project and construction management for the optimized handling of projects
• Conclusion of subcontracting contracts in coordination with division management
• Negotiations with the client on essential questions of the construction, on the interpretation, modification and extension of the construction contract and on the approval of the supplements in agreement with the division management
• Control of the construction process and the construction site results
• Implementation and co-responsibility of work preparation and construction site organisation
• Collaboration and participation in innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)
• Responsibility for cost, deadline and quality topics

What matters to us

• Completed basic training in construction with further training to:zur Dipl. Construction manager:in and/or engineer:or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a construction manager: in civil engineering and road construction an advantage
• Convincing and safe to negotiate
• Winning personality with high customer orientation
• Very good MS-Office knowledge and experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
• High operational readiness and reliability
• assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a high goal orientation
• Teamwork and leadership experience, negotiating skills, flexibility and an independent and self-responsible working method round off your profile
