The new Tertianum Usego Park in Olten opened on April 1, 2024. With its 60 nursing beds and 24 apartments, it offers people in the 4th stage of life a comfortable home. The Tertianum Usego-Park is centrally located and is ideally connected to public transport with a bus stop in front of the house.

We are looking for someone to join our team at Tertianum Usego Park on August 1st, 2025 or by appointment

Team management care and support 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for professional quality of care and compliance, review and development of working methods and quality standards
• Shared responsibility for planning, implementation, adaptation and documentation of the nursing process
• Leading and supervising a nursing team
• Substitute in the absence of the head of care and support
• Special tasks as part of the reopening of the company

Your profile

• Mandatory completion of training to become a qualified nursing specialist HF or equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Enjoy building a new business
• RAI knowledge desired
• Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team
