What you move

• You coordinate daily business together with the head of department, act proactively and promote cross-departmental cooperation
• You independently lead a team of 10 to 15 employees and ensure a smooth process
• Active cooperation in the outgoing goods and in order picking is just as much a part of your tasks as the safe movement of goods by means of industrial handling equipment
• Responsibility for the quick and correct storage of the goods in the right storage area
• The performance indicators are continuously monitored and evaluated by you, and you also support the inventory together with your team.
• All material movements are recorded in the system and delivery notes and loading papers are reliably processed
• Work safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse are ensured at all times and additional tasks are flexibly taken over

Why do you succeed?

• You have completed vocational training as a logistician EFZ or have at least five years of professional experience in logistics
• You have an SUVA-recognized forklift card and have good IT skills for daily work
• Confident oral and written knowledge of German enables you to communicate clearly in everyday work
• Reliability, accuracy and rapid adaptability to new challenges set you apart
• Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview and work solution-oriented
• First leadership experience as well as an independent and structured working method you already bring
• Teamwork is yours, you also go ahead as a leader and understand how to motivate employees
