The new site Oberbuchsiten is being set up and needs a leader who leads, organizes and creates structure independently from day one. The position offers the opportunity to shape logistics right from the start. We are looking for someone who structures everyday operations, sets clear standards and plays a key role in building an efficient team.

• You lead your logistics team professionally and personnel and are responsible for shift planning, mission management and the further development of your employees.
• You ensure that defined processes, standards and work instructions are consistently adhered to in day-to-day operations.
• You recognize process gaps at an early stage and develop new, practical processes that sustainably advance the location.
• You are responsible for the operational handling in your area, from picking to palletizing to forwarding handling.

• You ensure smooth cooperation at the interfaces to production, scheduling, transport and management.
• You are actively involved in setting up the new location and are involved in introducing new processes and tools, including new picking software.

Requirements

• You bring several years of proven leadership experience as a team leader or shift manager in an operational logistics or production environment – ideally in the food industry. You have experience in setting up, realigning or sustainably optimizing processes and processes.
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): You have completed vocational training in logistics, food technology or a similar field; further training as a team leader or logistics specialist is a plus.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2).
• You have a sound understanding of logistical core processes such as picking, warehousing, packaging and packaging management as well as transport organization.
• You can document and standardize processes and effectively control their compliance in everyday operations.
• You work safely with MS Office and bring a high affinity for digital warehouse, ERP or order picking systems.
• You lead with natural authority, create acceptance for change and develop teams even in demanding situations.
• You trade independently, structured and responsible, demand commitment and do not need close leadership by the superior level.
• You will also remain resilient, calm and capable of acting in a dynamic development phase – even with changing priorities.
• You have a valid forklift (cross-seat and/or drawbar).

Recruitment process
