On behalf of the municipalities of Hägendorf, Rickenbach SO and Wangen bei Olten, we ensure the professional care and care of more than 12,000 inhabitants:innen. • Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care in the home environment
• Professional cooperation with the team members: women in complex maintenance situations
• Professional care documentation and active participation in quality assurance and development
• Coordination and interprofessional cooperation with relatives, external specialists, family doctors: inside and other complementary services

Your profile

• Diploma as nurse HF or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience as a qualified nurse, experience in the Spitex environment is beneficial
• Joy of independent, responsible work
• good IT user knowledge and openness to digital working methods
• Driving licence Cat. B
