• Independent processing and handling of customer inquiries
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction components and other systems of electric and trolley buses at the customer
• Carrying out repair work on the entire vehicle
• Accompanying supplier visits to the customer
• Diagnosis and repair of traction batteries
• Maintenance of modifications/modifications from the aftersales
• Internal communication for the continuous improvement process Our requirements
• Basic technical training as automotive mechatronics technician Commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar basic training
• Vehicle knowledge on buses/commercial vehicles from Vortel
• Professional experience of several years
• Flexibility and independent work is expected and offered
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Language skills in French and English are beneficial
