Eine höhere Ausbildung (FH/Uni) im Ingenieur- oder Bauwesen, fundiertes Bau-Knowhow sowie Kenntnisse der normativen Vorgaben werden vorausgesetzt.
Du bringst ein gutes Prozessverständnis mit und besitzt Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Konfiguration von Common Data Environments (CDE) sowie BIM‑Planerwerkzeugen. Zudem hast du Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
Du beherrschst Französisch oder Deutsch (min. C1), wobei du dich in der anderen Sprache gut mündlich / schriftlich verständigen kannst (B2).

You identify technical, procedural and data technology requirements and ensure their implementation in appropriate BIM applications, processes, component libraries and data.
You have a good understanding of processes and experience in the application and configuration of Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM planning tools.
You also have experience in using AI to digitize business processes.
You speak French or German (min.
C1), but you can communicate well in the other language orally/in writing (B2).
