We are looking for someone for our Sphinxmatte residence in Solothurn immediately or by appointment

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as vocational training manager/vocational training manager 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the implementation of the Basic Education Tertianum training concept for the training of trainees as health and social assistants (AGS), health specialists (FaGe) and HF students in the company
• Ensuring high-quality training under technical, legal, economic and quality-relevant aspects
• Technical support, advice and support for vocational trainers in pedagogical, organizational and administrative issues
• Planning the need for vocational trainers together with superiors
• Participation in the recruitment and introduction of new vocational trainers
• Main contact person for learners and HF students throughout the entire training course/study
• Responsible for planning and organizing the introductory phase for new learners and HF students
• Responsibility for the attendance and absence management of learners and HF students
• Ensuring that all legally and operationally required discussions are carried out (probationary period, structured discussions, location discussions, training reports, learning journals)
• Planning and implementation of the competency assessments in accordance with the education regulations
• Organizing and carrying out individual practical work (IPA), if required
• Coordination of training between the company, vocational school, inter-company courses, technical college/higher technical school
• Planning of training assignments and learning locations in the PeP

Your profile

• A warm and humorous attitude
• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• Completed further training SVEB 2 or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
