- In addition, you coordinate the processing of tickets with the responsible service providers and make the best use of your organizational skills.
- In addition, you monitor current tickets, inform customers about the processing status and ensure transparent communication, which promotes customer satisfaction.
- You coordinate and monitor the timely provision of services and complete tickets independently.
- You also get customer feedback and support with simple invoicing tasks as well as controlling and quality assurance activities, with which you bring your analytical flair.
- You process orders for cleaning materials and support smooth helpdesk operations. You bring that with you
- You have a completed commercial or technical basic training and have a good understanding of administrative and technical connections.
- You communicate very well orally and in writing in German (C1) and French (C1) and support the exchange with different language regions of Switzerland.
- In addition, you could ideally already gain experience in the service desk, helpdesk or facility management environment and bring your customer orientation convincingly.
- You work structured, keep track of hectic situations and act solution-oriented.
- With IT systems such as MS Office/O365 and ideally CAFM systems such as Planon & SAP you are safe.
