Tasks

• During your very practical training You are the professional boning and dressing of the individual pieces of cow, calf and pig. You cut the pieces of meat according to the order, pack them and store them. Or you process them into charcuterie articles. In addition, you set up the machines and set up the programs. Finally, you support your team in other different production processes.
• After your successful completion, you can acquire a shortened basic education as a meat specialist EFZ.
