Company and context
- You support the department managers of 2 specialist areas and the cadre doctors in administrative and organizational tasks (Agenda management including pre- and post-processing of the sessions, protocol management, organization of events, etc.).
- Entry management and the introduction of new employees (interface to HRM and operations) are among your tasks.
- You are responsible for the creation of service plans incl.
- Time recording of the medical profession as well as the coordination and organization of the department's internal contract management, training and teaching.
- In addition, the department manages internal accounts and supports research projects and the recording of publications in the ZORA (UZH).
