Key requirements

  • Commercial basic training with corresponding further education and/or qualification Hotel Fachschule (e.g. management assistance, business administration HF/FH) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in an administrative or coordinative function, ideally in a complex environment
  • Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured and reliable working method
  • High discretion, sense of responsibility and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of SAP and other IT systems is an advantage
  • Confident knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of French in words and writing
  • Initiative, networked thinking and the joy of actively shaping processes

  • Responsibility for the administration of rental, service and maintenance contracts, as well as for the rental of staff rooms and parking spaces, and management of locking system
