Main responsibilities
- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be employed in the following work situations:
- Cooperation in the back office (processing payments and customer orders)
- Receive and forward bank customers at the open counter Banking clients advise
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels
- Assistance in consulting customers in the private customer sector - with a special focus on plants and corporate customers
- Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions
- In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by young and motivated practical trainers.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational training - we are based on your needs. Requirements School:
- Completed folk level at top school level with good grades
- Very good knowledge of German, oral & written
