  • Monitoring systems, devices, consoles and interfaces by continuously checking operating states, detecting deviations early and thus ensuring stable IT operations

  • Experience in support, incident and problem management in order to quickly classify, resolve and accurately track disruptions
  • Technical understanding of performance, tuning and optimization measures in order to continuously improve systems and processes
  • Quality awareness and structured way of working, especially in documentation, record-keeping, controlling and compliance with defined standards
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as high independence, reliability and resilience, especially in shift work, on-call duty as well as in disruption and escalation situations
