What awaits you?

• Receiving calls with the independent completion of various customer orders or passing them on to customer consultants
• Control of all new customer and product openings and mutations
• Securities processing
• Processing of payment orders and management of different payment systems
• Management of e-banking credits and processing of general e-mails
• Co-responsibility for due diligence, money laundering and compliance issues (VSB, etc.)
• Scanning of documents
• Responsible for processing customer orders for the Precautionary/Free Movement Foundation
• Maintenance of statistics and lists
• Management of deaths and cases of the child and adult protection authority
• Share responsibility for relationship with contact & newslessness

What do you bring?

• Completed banking education or equivalent with banking experience
• Pronounced pleasure in internal and external customer contact with high service willingness and good communication skills
• Exciting and versatile personality with a winning appearance
• Ability to keep track even in hectic situations
• Independent, precise and responsible as well as structured working methods with rapid comprehension
• Great flexibility, teamwork and readiness for new things
• Preferably experience in money laundering and compliance issues or willingness to complete the internal training course in the field of money laundering
• Practiced in dealing with digital media
