- Self-managing of fault messages via remote access
- Analysis and repair of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in cooperation with internal and external specialists
Main responsibilities
- Self-managing of fault messages via remote access
- Analysis and repair of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in cooperation with internal and external specialists
- Support of Level 1 support and escalation of Level 3 support if required
- Installation, maintenance and migration of servers, networks and peripherals
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and reporting on support status Requirements Completed basic technical training
- Well-founded IT skills (hardware, software, networks) Experience in the field of
- Sound systems or video surveillance area advantage
- High quality awareness, reliable working methods and communication strength
