Main responsibilities
- You manage and coordinate the day-to-day business in production and ensure a smooth shift process.
- You hire employees as needed and ensure that production goals are achieved in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines.
- You lead your team in terms of personnel and expertise and actively support employees in everyday operations.
- You accompany your employees in everyday work, promote their professional and personal development and recognize potential in the team.
- You train employees, accompany new products professionally and support in general load coordination.
- You control, manage and optimize the production area with a focus on performance increase, reject reduction and quality improvement.
- You develop existing processes in your area independently and drive continuous improvements in the shop floor.
- You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality guidelines as well as order in the workplace.
- You promote an appreciative, team-oriented cooperation and actively live our culture in everyday work. Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.: You bring practical experience in the food sector.
