Main responsibilities
- As a team leader, you lead one of two maintenance cleaning teams with around 16 employees. The versatile area of tasks includes: personnel and capacity planning
- personnel administration, time-time billing, recruitment, employee assessments
- compliance with cleaning standards and ensuring the quality of cleaning in the assigned areas ensuring occupational safety
- consulting and support for hygiene and waste management issues
- monitoring and optimisation of work processes support and training of employees
- assistance in planning and implementation of special and basic cleaning

- Requirements: We are looking for a responsible, committed, responsible and reliable person with:
- Completed vocational education and several years of experience in maintenance cleaning
- At least 5 years of management experience in maintenance cleaning
- High social competence and a strong service flair
- assertiveness, team spirit and friendly manners Level-based communication skills
- Good German skills in word and writing, other languages of advantage
