Application process
- Recruitment process Preselection of files We constantly review the applications received, make a preselection and forward them to the manager.
- Return time: up to 3 weeks Personality test/Axe Under certain conditions, we proceed to an additional step, the personality test (BIP,Axe test or similar) to support the selection.
- The results of this test are discussed personally and form the basis for the further selection process.
- Return time: up to 1 week Professional interview During the professional interview, the manager and/or other specialist person, or even the team, asks specific questions about the knowledge to accomplish the work.
- If possible, then there is still time to get to know the work place and the team in a broken stick discussion.
- Return time: up to 3 weeks Final interview before contract establishment Before establishing the contract, we conduct a final interview to clarify the questions still open to both parties and to settle the contractual details.
- When all points are clarified, a written offer is submitted.
- Return time: up to 1 week Contract offer and establishment (digital) The main points of the contract are checked again after our offer of verbal employment.
