- Professional support and coordination of 3 employees
- Ensuring smooth operation of the round polishing machines (slide grinding systems) and the washing system
- Monitoring of compliance with quality rules and quality control of products
- Initiation and implementation of appropriate intervention and corrective measures for quality deviations
- Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of production processes in cooperation with production and department management and with suppliers
- Training, coaching and promotion of employees
- Preparation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation
- Documentation of processes according to ISO 9001
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and safety at work in the area of responsibility
- Active participation in day-to-day operations Profile
- Technical apprenticeship EFZ, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic or in a comparable profession
- Further training as a process specialist or production specialist with a federal certificate of advantage (no need)
- Knowledge in round polishing or in sliding grinding processes with sound process understanding or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Very high quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and self-responsible working method
- Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented personality
- Strong hands-on mentality with pleasure in active participation in production
- Experience in the professional management or coordination of employees is advantageous
