Role overview
Class and annual salary (including 13th monthly): 6 68'456.-- / 107'475.-- Tasks:
personally assumes cases that require specific interventions to its function and assumes tasks in its own or in collaboration with other operators of the CARL team
It provides, in consultation with other significant figures, to recover resources and to organize interventions to ensure the well-being of the person, preserving and possibly enhancing the individual autonomy.

- SUP diploma as a social worker (option: social worker) or equivalent title

Application process
- participates in the Board of Directors of CARL and is responsible for the application of the decisions taken in its competence Requirements:
- knowledge of the territory, institutions and the socio-sanitary network of the Canton Ticino, especially the social services and the regional protection authorities
- competences in administrative and procedural management of socioeducational paths, including collaboration with external services, institutions and social insurance
- good knowledge of the principles of community psychiatry and socio-educational and rehabilitative intervention models oriented to the overall taking of the person
- the ability to assume and manage cases that require specific interventions to the function of social assistant, both independently and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- the ability to coordinate interventions and resources on the territory, activating and maintaining an effective network with public and private entities involved in taking charge
- aptitude for work in team, ability to analyse, compare and integrate your work with that of the different professional figures
- relational skills, empathy and communication skills appropriate to work with users, families and networks of reference, even in situations of fragility or crisis
