- Leading electrical installation teams and diverse projects in the commercial, industrial, and service sectors
- Coordinating work with site management, suppliers, and skilled tradespeople from other industries
- Carrying out new installations, maintenance work, and repairs
- Passing on your expertise to employees and apprentices
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
- Several years of experience in the profession and, preferably, in leadership roles
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Driver's license category B
