- Act as a central interface between the department and development – with sound know-how in SAP, e-commerce systems and their integration – coordinate stakeholders from sales, marketing and management as part of Product Owner and enable sustainable solutions from their interests – take over end-to-end responsibility for the lead-to-cash process taking into account the effects along the entire value chain – formulate requirements of a high quality and implementable manner –
Main responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes in the SAP SD environment
- Act as a central interface between the department and development – with sound know-how in SAP, e-commerce systems and their integration – coordinate stakeholders from sales, marketing and management as part of Product Owner and enable sustainable solutions from their interests – take over end-to-end responsibility for the lead-to-cash process taking into account the effects along the entire value chain – formulate requirements of a high quality and implementable manner –
- technically correct, testable, technically feasible and with clear acceptance criteria Requirements
- Multi-year experience as IT business analyst in the areas of sales, order, delivery and/or return processes Well-founded SAP knowledge (SD)
- knowledge in process analysis, requirement management and ailron methods
- understanding of interfaces to areas such as: Logistics/master data/pricing/Customer service/e-commerce/finance
