For our Tertianum operation Residence Huob in Pfäffikon Schwyz we are looking for an
Professional / Health EFZ 40-100% on night duty
Their tasks
- Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Assumption of tasks as a caregiver
- Responsibility and control of the care process of the assigned guests including the care needs classification RAI
- Electronic care documentation through CareCoach
- Participation in nursing reports
- Assuming tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
- Readiness for night services
Your profile
- Completed health training or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
