- You are responsible for handling the digital re-letting process from receipt of notice to acceptance and handover of the objects by communicating directly with tenants and interested parties
- Creating high-quality and error-free online advertisements as well as commissioning further marketing measures such as photos and 360° tours are among your tasks.
- You carefully examine applications and select suitable tenants to subsequently create rental contracts for residential and ancillary properties
- The implementation of apartment visits with tenants as well as independent acceptances and handovers are also your responsibility
- First contact person: in the office you take over the customer support on site and initiate measures to monitor and prioritize rentals and vacancies.
- You have completed vocational training (e.g.
- KV, Detailhandel, Handelsschule or Ä.)
