Main responsibilities

  • You're driving the day-to-day management of buildings.
  • You coordinate maintenance, safety and cleanliness with support teams.
  • You keep the sites reliable, safe and well maintained over the days.
  • You define the real estate strategy.
  • You put forward concrete action plans.
  • You follow priorities, deadlines and investments to strengthen the value of the portfolio.
  • You manage budgets, costs and rents.
  • You follow the expenses, indexes and lease deadlines.
  • You're looking for the right levers to improve profitability.
  • You negotiate leases, endorsements and contract exchanges.
