Main responsibilities

- Consideration of the strategic requirements of the hospital council and the management Ongoing control and optimization of costs, quality and deadlines
- Responsibility for compliance with project, cost, quality and deadline goals
- Assumption of the client function vis-à-vis planners, external companies and other representatives
- Development of decision-making bases for the various internal and external bodies and timely establishment of the necessary decisions
- Representation of the requirements of construction (construction project and object management, medical technology access control, security, etc.), users, operation and ICT
- Professional leadership of the quality assurance team Ensuring the flow of information and coordination between internal and external project participants
- Control and monitor project progress and create the necessary reporting Requirements
- Completed training in architecture, civil engineering or construction project management at university / university of applied sciences level (ETH/FH) or a similar degree
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in construction, process and project management Experience in managing complex construction projects
