- Completed training as a dipl.
- Senior Caregiver HF/FH or equivalent recognition (forced SRK recognition for foreign diploma)

Key requirements
- Completed training as a dipl.
- Senior Caregiver HF/FH or equivalent recognition (forced SRK recognition for foreign diploma)
- Multiannual professional experience in the acute area, ideally on an interdisciplinary bed station
- First leadership experience or completed/initiated training in the leadership area
