- Take an active role in technical sales, supporting the global sales organization in value‑based selling, solution definition, and technical‑commercial clarification in complex customer-specific automation and system projects
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated spinning mill
- Identify market trends and customer requirements and translate them into competitive automation solutions
- Conduct and maintain market and competitor analyses to support portfolio and investment decisions

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
