Main responsibilities

- With the assumption of the mandate "President of the Board of Directors", your main tasks are:
- ensuring a proper and legally compliant overhead line of the Raiffeisenbank in coordination with colleagues in the VR committee
- the management of the VR Board and the Chairman of the Bank Management, including the preparation, management and follow-up of the VR meetings
- the organisation of the annual General Assembly;
- the representation of Raiffeisenbank in public Requirements

- The application to the General Assembly for election as a member of the Board of Directors will be made in spring 2027; the motion for election to the President in spring 2029.
