- You take part in our department report and are deployed where the care effort is increased or staff resources are limited due to short-term absences
- In this function you report directly to the head of the nursing department of surgery Requirements:
- You have a high degree of flexibility and initiative and value interprofessional collaboration
Main responsibilities
- You will be deployed Monday to Friday, usually early shift.
- You take part in our department report and are deployed where the care effort is increased or staff resources are limited due to short-term absences
- You take over patient transfers for our surgical bed departments on call
- You support your colleagues in the bed departments and are responsible for the nursing process based on the nursing models and nursing diagnoses used in the LUKS
- In this function you report directly to the head of the nursing department of surgery Requirements:
- You have completed basic training Nursing specialist HF/FH and have several years of professional experience in the field of surgery
- You are an open-minded, communicative and resilient personality and are characterized by a high level of social skills in dealing with patients and team members
- You have a high degree of flexibility and initiative and value interprofessional collaboration
