For our organic certified nursery we are looking for you as an ornamental plant gardener with an agogic flair (50%) Do you have experience in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities, do you love nature and working in a team?
As a committed and open personality, you support a team of nine specialists, 16 workshops and 7 day workshops in plant production.
You know how to work flexibly and creatively to meet the needs of people with disabilities and you know how to guide, support and motivate them.
