You support and guide our customers throughout their training process, create training plans, and motivate our clients as an excellent service provider
You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as leading and developing your employees and trainees
Completed basic or further training: training as a fitness instructor (federal diploma or equivalent) with a valid BLS/AED certificate
Experience in a similar position: several years of leadership experience

You support and guide our customers throughout their training process, create training plans, and motivate our clients as an excellent service provider
You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as leading and developing your employees and trainees
You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
You actively acquire future customers, create contracts, organize staff deployment planning, and are responsible for various other administrative tasks
You implement the company strategy and represent the company both internally and externally
You are responsible for the budget, objectives, and quality assurance, working closely with supervisors Requirements
Experience in a similar position: several years of leadership experience
You have excellent industry knowledge, are well-connected, and strong in sales
You have an above-average understanding of customer service and a winning personality
You are flexible and enjoy working evenings, weekends, and holidays
