Role overview
Your challenge
- Ensuring professional HR administration along the entire employee lifecycle, including master data management, contracting, reporting to compensation funds, pension funds etc.
- Responsible for a smooth entry and exit process, including creating interim and work certificates, as well as work confirmations
- Self-management and support of all sub-assistants and civil service providers
- Support of executives and employees in administrative staff Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, possibly further training on/to HR assistant: in
- First experience in HR administration of advantage
- Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
- Engaged personality with high service orientation and team spirit
- You have an awareness of the handling of sensitive data in human resources
