Head of Communications & Integration 80–100% As of 1 October 2026 or by agreement About us and the function The Cantonal Hospital Obwalden (KSOW) is in an exciting phase of further development.

With its integration into the LUKS Group, we are actively shaping the future of healthcare in Central Switzerland.

We are looking for a committed person for this development, who is responsible for the operational communication work of the KSOW and at the same time is accompanying the integration into the LUKS Group in a communicative manner.

Main responsibilities

  • Communication and Consulting: You are responsible for the communicative content of KSOW across all channels (planning, editorial and publication) - and you advise and support the management and executives in communicative issues.
  • Events and cooperation: You plan and support internal and external events and coordinate the cooperation with internal departments as well as external agencies and partners.
  • Integration and transformation: you accompany the transformation process into the LUKS Group communicatively, direct the subproject Branding / CI-CD and coordinate the integration of the KSOW website into the central Cm2.
  • Responsibility and further development: You lead the budget of your area and actively support the management of corporate development & communication in strategic and operational issues.

Key requirements

  • Completed training or training in the areas of communication, marketing, PR or media.
  • Multi-year professional experience in corporate communication, marketing or in the management of communication projects.
  • Versified handling of digital communication channels, cmm systems and social media
  • Stylish German with a sense of text, tonality and target groups.
  • Self-employed, structured and reliable working methods.
