Main responsibilities
- Fachspezifisches Arbeiten unter der Verantwortung einer Diplomierten Pflegefachperson
- Durchführung von Handlungen an Patient*innen unter Delegation von der Diplomierten Pflegefachperson im Rahmen des persönlichen Tätigkeitskataloges
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der übertragenen und delegierten Handlungen
- Durchführen von delegierten, durch den ärztlichen Bereich angeordneten, medizin-diagnostischen und -technischen Massnahmen
- Ausführen von stationsinternen allgemeinen und patientenbezogenen administrativen Arbeiten
- Überwachen der Lagerhaltung sowie Bestellen und Einräumen von Medikamenten und Verbrauchsmaterial
- Kontrolle, Vorbereiten und fachgerechten Reinigung von technischen Geräten, Hilfsmittel und Instrumenten
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau-/mann Gesundheit
- Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege von Vorteil
- Wahrnehmungs- und Beobachtungsfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit wie auch gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Konstruktive und zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit im intra- und interdisziplinären Team
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse im Bezug auf die Führung von Pflegedokumentationen sowie dem Aufrufen von Informationen in und aus Datenbanken
