Tasks

• Damage assessment: Independent calculation of vehicle damage and preparation of detailed assessments.
• Video expertise: Conduct real-time video expertise and create precise repair calculations.
• Appraisals: Conducting ratings for young and vintage cars, as well as assessing caravans and motorhomes.
• Vehicle remains: sale and administrative handling of vehicle remains.
• Chômage receivables: calculation and settlement of claims for loss of value and use.
• Invoice verification: verification and release of repair invoices.
• Negotiations: Direct exchange with customers, victims and repair companies.
• Hagel-Drive-in: Active participation in hagel-drive-in events.
• Area Management: Independent management of your assigned area

Requirements

• Technical training: Completed basic training as an automotive mechatronic engineer:in, passenger car, commercial vehicle or agricultural machinery mechanic:in or carrosseriespengler:in.
• Further education: Automotive diagnostician:in, Carrosseriewerkstattleiter:in with a federal certificate (specialistship spenglerei) or Operationsleiter:in Carrosserie.
• Professional experience: Experience in vehicle damage assessment is a plus.
• Customer orientation: Experience in dealing with customers, ideally as a customer service consultant:in or workshop manager:in.
• Organization: Very good computer skills and the ability to organize independently.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Self-responsible action and economic thinking.
• Resilience: High stress resistance and conflict capability at high work volumes.
