Main responsibilities
- Ensure correct, complete and timely billing of outpatient and inpatient cases Collaboration in debt management
- Recording of services and plausibility checking of the services covered
- Checking tariff bases and correctly applied case handling
- Handling of daily rejections and complaints
- Advising all internal and external offices on all billing topics Profile:
- Commercial and/or basic medical training and several years of professional experience in an acute hospital and/or professional experience in the provision of health insurance
- In-depth technical and tariff expertise is beneficial (DRG, Tarmed and new since 1 January 2026 TARDOC and ambulatory packages)
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance (KVG, IVG, UVG, VVG) Appreciative and stylish communication
- Strong attitude towards both internal and external services Networked thinking and quick comprehension
