Main responsibilities

- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach Planning and support of doctor's rounds
- Assumption of day-to-day responsibility with coordination of the day-to-day team
- Leading case discussions and nursing reports
- Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network on the quality of care Readiness for night shifts Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) A warm and humorous attitude Enjoyment of a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German We offer
